By accessing and using the services provided by Indonesia Business Services (IBS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
IBS provides business consulting, company registration, visa processing, tax and accountancy services, and related professional services for foreigners doing business in Indonesia. Service details, timelines, and pricing are provided during consultation and in service agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery. Any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client are not the responsibility of IBS. Clients must comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due upon invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed before service commencement.
Estimated timelines for service delivery are provided in good faith based on current government processing times. IBS is not liable for delays caused by government agencies, incomplete documentation, or circumstances beyond our control.
IBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IBS and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination. Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
